Who We Are

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the organization and its programs. Intercept Ministries is a 100% volunteer driven, non profit organization.

Kimberly Robinson

Director

Kimberly has volunteered with Intercept since it’s inception. She lives in Hempstead. She has 3 children and a grandchild that light up her life. She has been the Director since 2018.

Terri Conwell

Terri has been a long standing member of the Magnolia area for over 20 years. A proud mother of 2 daughters who both graduated from Magnolia ISD, and a grandma to 3. Terri has been involved with Intercept since 2013, and served as Assistant Director since 2017.

Charles McNulty

President

Charles has resided in Magnolia for over 10 years. He first began working with SOS in 2010, and has been a part of Intecept Ministries since 2012 while also working for Nationwide Trailers.

Shawn Robinson

Vice President

Shawn has been the Vice President since 2012. He lives in Hempstead with his wife and children.

Carrie Walton

​Carrie Walton grew up in Magnolia, graduated and married her husband of 19 years, they share 2 children together.  Carrie has been volunteering with Intercept since 2012 and been a board member since 2013.
